so first I got 2 week ban (i deserve it because i was trolling for no reason) then i got another ban (i was flaming pretty bad but only because someone else was flaming) and now i got perma ban. i was flaming pretty bad but there were 2 people in that game that were flaming me whole game and i was just saying things back. one of them was jungler and they were flaming me and adc (i was supp) for feed while we were clearly losing lane and jungler never ganked and then i started to flame back. i said %%%got few times and boosted garbage and that he is stupid. i know i regret it. but jungler and mid laner were flaming way worse and the result was what? i got banned and they got nothing. and things like that happen every day. i know that i shouldnt flame but that ban was really unfair. riots banning system is really outdated and bad. i just want to know is there any chance that riot could unban me? (they didnt even send me tribunal court link)

Since you've said it wasn't in error, no, you won't get unbanned.

You have no idea what the other person got, but it isn't your problem. You should have muted.

You do not need to retort or sink to their level if you are being flamed, just ignore and mute them and report them at the end of the game. By arguing back with their flames and probably flaming back, you were just as bad as they were and were ruining the game for the rest of your team because they had to sit there and watch you guys argue and probably lose fights.

When you flamed back, you engaged in Mutually Assured Destruction for both sides. If they reported you, you get ban. If you reported them, they get banned. Everyone lose, most especially the neutral teammate(s) who have to deal with your stupid toxic craps.

Don't go MAD!

Just mute, report, and move on. Only one side loses in this scenario.

Look, if they ban you for toxicity without personally knowing you, why would other players be exempt? No one is friends with Riot. Each account is just a speck of dirt. You probably just were further along on the punishment scale.
