so did Riot implement the report feedback thing?

Yea you know, i saw somewhere that they're supposed to be putting it in where when you report someone and if something happens to them they let you know did they implement that? because i think it should happen...I'd like to know that the toxic person from that one game got some kind of ban

P.S. not related but I just love how when i used to be the toxic one just because i used cursing sometimes in passing and I responded with "if someone doesn't like it then mute me" I was told I shouldn't be talking like that period ok its riots rules fair enough I stopped talking like that but I had a game last night and there was an extremely toxic guy right from the start being toxic towards malzahar then me I was told to ignore it and mute him...like seriously i like how I should follow the rules but others seem to think its only a one way street but we should be alllowed to know if someone gets banned id like to know if that guy got banned or not
