Honor is not meant to be given to all teammates

Hahaha when have you ever played a game where all 9 other people deserved honor. Hint: NEVER! [zombie-brand-mindblown]

I think the whole honoring and ribbons system needs n update, because nobody does it anymore and I hardly ever see ribbons on people.

People will take the 5 seconds out of their day to report, but won't do the same to honor good behavior. To be honest, rewarding good behavior is just as important as reporting bad behavior.
