To start off yet I've been toxic multiple times in game but what I was banned for was complete utter bullcrap. I spent the entire game being on tilt because my team was trolling and disrespected me. I was aware I was on my last warning. I didn't use any cuss words, the stars I typed in the quote was not a swear word. If I oo get a second chance, I promise I will never be toxic again.

The only thing I'm going to address this second is that you're asking for a second chance at your permanent ban.

That was your 4th strike, not your first. The punishment system only gives you a permanent ban after all the temporary options had no effect. Sorry, but Riot won't lift a ban unless the error was on their end. If you have questions I can answer them in a bit, or others can help.

It honestly makes me cringe a bit when people come to boards groveling for a release from a permanent ban that they deserved and had multiple chances to fix.

People do this literally every day multiple times a day, if riot just unlocked permabanned accounts for every person who asked, there would be no point in permabanning in the first place. I'm sure you were aware of the new tier system implemented a few months ago, where unfortunately you've already received four strikes and there's no turning back.

You can make a new account though! Nothing like the slap of a permaban and struggle of leveling a new account to really make you reconsider your actions in the future if you decide to play. It was a wake up call for me, hopefully will be for you too.

I am sorry to say, that you followed up your claim that you didn't deserve the ban with the excuse that you where provoked. Retaliation is never an excuse. For future reference, mute anyone who starts something before they tilt you, and if it is too late, then just think back and make sure you confirm what your about to say is worth losing your account to say.
