How can I report chat between players?
Recently I played a ranked game where we lost and rakan got pretty mad, he sent a friend req, I accepted and then he started to flame me. How can I report this? Thanks in advance

You can't really, if you choose to accept a request from someone who was clearly upset with you before, then Riot considers it to be your own fault that you opened yourself up to such flaming.
If he played nice until he got you into a private chat though, that's a different story. And you could report that by submitting a support ticket with the screenshot of the chat attached.

it's called private chat for a reason.
I don't think Riot punishes for PM's unless they're trying to pretend to be a rioter phishing for your info or harassing you with fake ban warnings.
You cant. It's not in game and you accepted the friend request. You can just as easily remove them without impacting anything.
