Dear Riot Games,

I have many problems with the instalockers. If you wrote first time your lane, he is able to write "i fist". Please make more attention for instalock report (not between the available reports-fail), beacuse they broke the whole game, but isn't begin. The big problem too, the teammates aren't make to that attention. I have a little proposal to that: in the lobby can you make a short delay (10-20sec) when no one able to lock any character. I mean the peoples will able to speak with each other in culture mode. And make a separately part to the instalock report.

The problem with this is that a 10-20 second delay will do no good. The type of people that go in and instalock are the type of people who aren't gonna give two shits who called what first.

the worst is when someone instalocks in a champion then calls the role you already called

Considering instalocking is allowed, those reports are false and are deleted on the spot
