This draven was so damn toxic to me and honestly i replied much better than i would have a few years ago... yes game 2 is kinda toxic but in no way does this deserve a perma

Edit: In fact i got an instant feedback report right after because i had reported the draven.. he was flaming so much

  2. If this is your idea of "much better", then you haven't reformed at all. This is certainly punishment worthy, and if you've had a 14 day ban a permanent is the next step.

so you say your behavior isnt reformed but its "much better" so basically. i kill 5 ppl, go to jail, come out... then i kill 1 person and if the judge sends me to jail again i say "why? i did MUCH BETTER this time". this is basically what you are saying. toxic = toxic no matter if its a little or a lot. it depends on HOW MANY TIMES you have been toxic.

I think when you started mentioning people's scores, that's what did it in for you. When someone is doing bad, they KNOW THAT THEY ARE DOING BAD and reminding them of their score is toxic behavior.

I had a friend who would say shit like "You fucking suck" to people on the team and enemy team. That built up for months until riot finally gave him 14 suspension. He didn't agree with the 14 day suspension, but nevertheless he came to terms with his toxic behavior and decided that he better just /mute all. It's not ideal, but if you have to /mute all to stay away from calling others bad names for example, than do so. I get that it's hard and you just want to smack the Tryndamere for building item 3124 for example, but you're going to have to mute until you can finally not care anymore.

My opinion? When I see someone bad mouth my score like saying "haha 1/5 yasuo, you suck". Well you better sure as hell hope that when I look at your matches I don't find a 2/8 Veigar or Annie or i'm going to point that out, in a non toxic way of course. I'll just kindly mention "you're flaming me for my score, but I see in your match history that you're no better". Bottom line is everyone has bad games.

I personally am glad you improved over the years sir. There are certainly enough people that put no effort into doing so.

That being said, in a non-escalated case you don't need to do anything permanent ban worth per se to be perma'd. You only need to do something chat ban worthy after successive lesser "punishments". Essentially it is less the degree of a players toxicity than the consistency of it which would cause this type of ban.

It doesn't, but if you've already had a two week ban, then anything Riot considers to be "toxicity" will lead to a perma.
