Permanently Suspended with no Email or Ban Code?

Tried to log in yesterday and was welcomed with this message, checked my email instantly and didn't see anything from riot regarding the suspension. And yes I checked every inbox in my email including spam and there was nothing. I have submitted a ticket last night but still haven't gotten a response, but I was wondering what would likely be the reason for this?
