Bots in low level aram

Hy, I just logged in with one of my friends fresh level 30 account, and played like 6 games on aram and they were full with bots. For exemple 4 of them were afk under turret until minions spawned, then they just always rushed the lowest health target(they doesnt reacted to anything and they walked even under enemy turret without any reason and no chance to kill the target).Then i was with graves and when i used w (smoke screen) all of them who was in it just stayed afk until the ability has gone and all of them reacted always the same way. Are these bots rly allowed or what? They were obviusly bots and and you cant tell that was bad luck when you get only bots/scripter in 6 match in a row

Bots are the bane of low level games. Just report them and get into another game.

I'm sub 30 and dealing with them every game...

I cant belive they cant filter this or use some anticheat or i dont know what.I dont think reports can resolve this problem

They do bans in waves.

They don't ban instantly for it because if they did, then the programmers of bots could figure out Riot's detection methods and then skirt around them making Riot's job harder.

Unfortunately that also makes our lives harder between the banning waves.

The problem with this is that they should track unauthorized backgroud application that uses lol files to instantly ban them cuz thy probably use bots only to rise an account to level 30 and farm ip so they can sell these accounts and after they sell these accounts they start play normally and i dont think they ban these accounts backwards,and they totally ruining low level games
