How are riot expecting 10 people to agree on roles without at least 1 person trolling. Every other game there's someone who just instalocks. Bring back draft pick, or something else to stop people from just instalocking a role with no communication.
invisiblecat13 votesAs someone who probably plays 85% of games as blind pick, I play it because of how the roles selection works I don't want everyone tryharding in normal games, and I don't feel like waiting 20 minutes in queue if I want to play mid lane I can just play blind pick, get 2/3-1/3 of the time, while in draft you will get it 1/2 the time, but have to wait longer

However, you need to be at least level 10 to queue up for Draft Pick (and you also need to own at least 20 champions, but it's technically closer to 10 champions because the Free Week champions count in Draft Pick). It's unrealistic to think that people won't instalock a champion, especially newer players who aren't familiar with the game or who just don't care about being cordial. My best advice would be to play Bot Games to level up your account and gain IP so you can purchase more champions if Blind Pick is too stressful for you.

OP is on OCE server, which doesn't have normals draft. The only draft queues are ranked, so they're locked until level 30

Low player base means they're hesitant to split the playerbase too much. In off-times we even only have either flex or solo/duo queues. Solo queue is disabled 4am-7am, and flex is disabled 7am-10am. Twisted Treeline is only available thursdays and fridays 5pm-midnight. It does suck.
