First action on my account is a perma ban?

So, Today i played a normal game with a friend. in this game i had an int feeding mid laner, so i decided i could have a little fun and i was messing around in chat with him. i called him trash and told him he was try harding a little too hard for a normal, you know, normal stupid banter. I guess i called him trash a few too many times, because 30 seconds after the game, i was banned permanently. (I didnt say anything much worse than the guy was trash) I received a perm ban for my first ban? I've never had a single chat restriction on my account, ive never had a single temp ban as well. Im trying to get help now, i think its kind of crazy that i received a perm ban instantly for my first ban.
