I've been banned from league permantely

Okay I haven't played in 2 months and found that some one recently tried to buy 100$ worth of RP in my account using my card, this was refunded of course and after much frustration I got my account back. After playing two games with no behavior to warrant a ban I was permanently banned. I have never been banned for being toxic and I was only banned for leaving but this happen about 2 years ago. My question is since I refunded the riot points and the hacker may have bought stuff with said points, is this why I was banned. Does riot think I tried to use a refund system to scam out on riot points, if so can this be reversed or am I screwed.

you have to summit a ticket to riot explain whats been going on then see what they can do

Yeah, Riot will suspend accounts if there are payment issues, until you submit a support ticket and work things out.

Be sure to check your email to see if they sent you an email saying what happened. It may have been sent to the spam/junk folder by mistake. In the cases of any Billing disputes, they do suspend the account until you contact player support to make sure that everything has been resolved, so hopefully that's all there is to it. Best of luck!
