Chat restrictions

Ok, so where is riot going to? no matter that i got my main account banned (since start account) because of trolls, that flaming ME, if u answer them with ANY msg and they in premade like 2 or 3, they report u, and U get a ban, not them... when they started flaming since start of champ select, like no words were said... and then, they trolled me on mid, verbally abused me and my parents on Polish for no reason, ONLY coz i said that the thing with the loudest is that they feed the most... so then they kept feeding their lanes, we lost a game, they reported me and i got a ban... not them.... hmmmmmmm for who is this game created? for people who try to play or for those who abuse u on different language and get away with it ONLY coz they have premade people?
