Ive been banned, and riot is not taking my case seriously.
so, ive already put a discussion up earlier, and it got taken down, must have breached something or whatever, but yeah i know im not supposed to be banned, as i haven't even received an email explaining why, and the only thing that i can think of, that i did differently, was FINALLY buy some RP, i wasn't sure whether to fully commit until today, but then my account got banned

Took a look out of curiosity, and your previous post was only removed because it was in the wrong section. No rules-breaking of any kind. :)
As for this issue, your best bet is to talk to Player Support by using this link to create a ticket: https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. They'll be able to get back to you on what the issue with your account might be, and whether or not it's one that's easily reversible (as it could be a protective ban for your account's security, or a financial issue of some kind).

Any time! Just be patient -- ticket responses can take between 24 and 48 hours at times, depending on the current workload.

For them is "someone got banned, popcorn for the salt", "Bye", "You deserved it" Without providing anything helpful at all.
Even the Arbiters and others as such can't do much other than provide copy paste. The only rioter that can help is Riot Tantram and it rarely appears here and when he does answers like 2 or 6 times at best on a day and the disappears for weeks.
