Ive been banned, and riot is not taking my case seriously.
so, ive already put a discussion up earlier, and it got taken down, must have breached something or whatever, but yeah i know im not supposed to be banned, as i haven't even received an email explaining why, and the only thing that i can think of, that i did differently, was FINALLY buy some RP, i wasn't sure whether to fully commit until today, but then my account got banned

Took a look out of curiosity, and your previous post was only removed because it was in the wrong section. No rules-breaking of any kind. :)
As for this issue, your best bet is to talk to Player Support by using this link to create a ticket: https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. They'll be able to get back to you on what the issue with your account might be, and whether or not it's one that's easily reversible (as it could be a protective ban for your account's security, or a financial issue of some kind).

Send a support ticket. Could be a chargeback issue.
Sounds like a chargeback ban. They're just doing it for security purposes. A support ticket will straighten it out.
The boards won't taken it seriously unless you post why you are banned. Like chat logs or the ticket you got
