Champ Select Chat Needs to be Reportable
Too much toxic stuff goes on in an unreportable environment. This needs to end.

It is, in fact, reportable. One of the recentish updates means that pre and post game chat is saved along with the in-game and can be reviewed. Just hit the ol' report button, and mention in the notes that it was in pre/post game chat.
What you really want is to report then dodge.
