Are Ban Penalties too harsh?

I left a game because I had a emergency, but it was also before three minutes (A remake DID happen). I never bought items and intentionally left so my team would remake so it would not count as a loss for them. The next day I Log in to play league I have a loss and five, 20 minute time penalties this is EXTREME for a remake that took fewer than three minutes to reset for everyone else that also did not count as a win or loss (BTW this is my first time leaving a ranked game that I can ever recall). If Riot would make a update that decreased this penalty, or made remakes accessible every game, this could have been avoided. Right now I am pissed and refuse to waste a hour and 40 minutes (THAT IS TWO GAMES!!!) of my life on a game that already is meant to just waste my time. These penalties are to harsh for a remake. FOR REMAKES AND REMAKES ONLY FIX THIS RIOT!!!!!!!!!!

Ranked is punished harsher than normals

Where as you had a legitimate reason to leave, the fact remains the system doesn't care. As it is fair to everyone but not allowing loopholes

In addition, yes you may of left within the current remake period. That doesnt change the fact that there was roughly 45 mins wasted by the other 9 players simply going thru the motions of picks and bans. Just to have to remake a game. You denied a game from happening, punishment is dealt.

While it might be your first time leaving a ranked game for that penatly its not your first dodge/afk. Stop dodging and afking in the first place then the punishment wont be as severe when you actually have an emergency.

If anything we need harsher penalties. Most players aren't toxic, but every game has that one guy
