Correcting peoples mistakes is not being Toxic

So I received my 14 day ban for correcting peoples mistakes does that make me toxic? I don't think it does we all know you shouldn't build a mejai's at 20 minutes when you're 0/9/2 in ranked, we all know you shouldn't play AD lux in ranked. So why am I the one who is getting reported and punished after every game. Since this dynamic queue system was introduced I've gone from 1 chat ban in 2011 to a 14 day ban because people will simply have their friends report you also for not letting them troll the way they want to troll. And frankly Riot I think this is bull crap. You use a machine that pings the number of reports on an account to punish people it doesn't matter if the claim is false or not. You claim the tribunal does the banning but when I received my 14 day ban 30 minutes ago the tribunal was down and it happened seconds after the game that I was being punished for happened. You claim you're trying to make the game more friendly and fun for everyone but in the end all you're doing is shooting everyone in the foot and calling it even.

It depends on how you do it.

Chat logs.

If you really want to know, post your chat logs. No one here can help you until then.

lol " You use a machine that pings the number of reports on an account to punish people it doesn't matter if the claim is false or not."

if that was true im pretty sure majority of this game would be banned by now.

Incorrect.

Reports do not lead directly to punishment. They lead to a review of the match for the player being reported. 9 reports are no different than 1 report, it just flags the match for review.

Once your account has a certain number of flagged matches associated with it, the system randomly selects some of those matches for review. Once reviewed, if you did nothing wrong in any of those matches, the reports are thrown out and those players future reports become less valuable.

The severity of the punishment is not based on severity of offense. It is a 4 strike system, where severity of the punishment is based on how many strikes you have accrued:

1st strike - 10 game chat ban 2nd strike - 25 game chat ban 3rd strike - 14 day full ban 4th strike - perma

There is an exception for hate speech, racial slurs, or extreme cases of toxicity, that will result in skipping and going straight to 3rd or 4th strike.
