Getting 14 days ban for playing champ 1st time (NO JOKE)

That's the situation. I had previous 2 toxic games - I agree with RIOT decision but the 3rd one where i got banned just because I pick Ivern for the 1st time ? I got reported by my team who viewed my decision as troll and RIOT agrees?

  1. I didn't troll (actually I never troll, RIOT can look into my history)
  2. I am the only player who actually got a kill
  3. i didn't feed (those who reported me had 0/0 0/5 0/6 0/9 , mean while i had 1/3).

Let me explain the reason why I pick Ivern. From my experience I literally haven't won a single game with Nunu in the team, so my decision in this game was to pick a new champ and try it out - how is it punishable ? And you know what - just as I KNEW, Nunu didn't contribute anything at all for the team, instead he end up with 0/9 stats. Essential, my team end up refusing to cooperate with me, trolled me and trolled RIOT to ban me. Is this a normals or ranked match? Personally for normals I would not have reported you because the match is there to experiment and learn new things. For ranked I would have considered it you trying to troll the team. Co op vs ai is great for first clear jungling but after that it's useless for experience in actual gameplay.

This section does not help your cause. You honestly should have left that out if you wanted your ban lifted; now you may have to live with it.

If I understand you correctly, you were toxic in two other games?

It's not uncommon for punishments to be enacted but one of the example games isn't especially bad. This wasn't a great log, but hardly worth a punishment on its own. If you were more toxic in other logs, though, that would explain the ban.
