Got Perma banned for stating facts and getting reported by a 4 man team

So I have attached my chat logs here below my thoughts on this game. I find it unreasonable that i received a permanent ban. Let me explain why.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT THIS, WHILE IT RELATES TO MY BEHAVIOR, IT IS OUT OF CONTEXT. THE RESPONSES FROM OTHER TEAMMATES FROM BOTH GAMES WERE EXTREMELY TOXIC, INSULTING AND THREATENING IN BOTH THE GAMES, WHICH OF COURSE IS NOT HERE. I WISH I COULD SHOW THOSE TOO.

In Game 1, I was playing in a game with a four man team. They were all queued up together. Or so they mentioned. However, I wanted to play Zac as a support, and I called it first in the pre-game chat. They repeatedly mentioned they did not care about my pick and that they were going bot. However, I did not budge from my choice as it was in my right to play bot since I called it first.

In game, they kept repeatedly saying that they would 4 man report me. They were trying to ban me off just because they were queued up together. One of them, person playing Alistar, kept saying she was a girl and that I need to go top. She was basically saying I need to give her the role of support just cause she was a girl. Another person kept insulting me and annoying me and the others kept bullying and threatening me.

I was not at all toxic. I did not say a SINGLE word against them. All i was typing in the chat was mentioning what my team was doing to me in ALL chat so I could make the other team aware of the situation that I was in.

And now i get permanent banned. I do not understand the cause of this. I was not at all in the wrong here. They were abusing the system just because they were queued up together, and decided to report me together.

In Game 2, Initially we had a Yasuo in my team as well who did not pick jungle. I was defending him by telling the team that you don;t report someone for NOT picking jungle. I mentioned that i would only report someone who would intentionally feed, not just cause they didn't pick a role everyone else did not want.

Earlier that game I had given bot to queued up people because they really wanted it. Anyway, I noticed later in the game that we were not doing well and bot was not doing well at all. So i mentioned to jinx that she had almost same CS as me and that she should be getting last hits. I was telling Jinx there was a whole 3 level difference between her and enemy team adc.

They called me out for being toxic just because i was telling them what they were doing wrong. How is that being toxic? I have not even come close to insulting them or calling them names or anything. I was simply stating facts SO they can realize their mistakes and focus on how they could be doing better using my suggestions.

In the end, I was telling them that they were ignorant as they were insulting me for being toxic. Apparently calling them out for their mistakes or what they should be doing is toxic. Suggestions or facts about anyone else is toxic apparently as long as they are not compliments. Basically, anything except compliments are not allowed?????????? In the last few statements, one of my teammates called me out for having a stupid brain and i retaliated that.

I have received two bans earlier for toxicity, but then I was insulting, saying bad words and calling names. I was wrong then and I do acknowledge that. Which is why I have been avoiding chat or just been stating facts and not insulted anyone or come close to calling names or saying bad words. I just do not find this serious enough to call for a ban. This is not close to how I was insulted. And ofcourse, being a person who only takes action at things which would actually impact someone;s game, i did not report anyone from either of those games.

Anyway, personally I do not think that I deserve a permanent ban. Was i in the wrong? Game 1, definitely not. Game 2, maybe stating facts is a crime now. It seems like anything except compliments is not encouraged, and only the person who is provoked is responsible and no one else. That is the gist of what I seem to get from Riot. Either way I would like your responses or thoughts on this, although I know you guys will probably tell me that i was toxic as hell. Thanks anyway!

Lets get some things clear that you obviously fail to understand:

-In blind pick, calling roles is NOT a rule. U read this? Its NOT a rule.

No, you didnt have that right because you called it first. You had that "right" for different reason that i will address later.

In blind pick role assignment relies on communication. Communication that goes both way. Maybe they were 4 man premade, but they were still 4 individuals and they individually have same right as you. Riot stated many times that they dont support call order and that team communication should decide roles in blind pick. In case of this game, due to you being headstrong, communication failed.

You decided that you want to play Zac as support, even tho u never build him as support, even tho you dont do anything to support your team and even tho someone else wanted to ACTUALLY support. Now you intended to use technicality that you are allowed to play off meta to bully 4 people into submission. Since obviously communication failed due to your actions, there are 2 possible choices: You could have dodged game or you could have just gone bot lane as u wanted. Now, i have played a lot of blind pick games (when draft is disabled) with my premade and from time to time we come by "insert adjective here" like you. But we have our way of handling it. Instead of arguing and fighting, we ignore him and go 2 man top leaving him alone bot. Using technicalities work both ways. Thats what your teammates should have done.

Now to address your right. Yes, you had right to go bot because in blind pick there are no assigned roles. Everyone has right to go wherever they want if you want to be "technical". You could have gone 3 top, 2 jungle,3 bot, anything you wanted. In which case all you had to do was mute them and play. But you didnt do that.

You decided to actively engage in arguing with teammates and you decided to include enemies into that. You broke rules several times calling for reports, threatened your teammates with bans, you also lied to your teammates how you dont know how to play top even tho you often play Teemo top. Showing once again that your actions were done to spite your team.

And thats just game 1. In game 2 you constantly harassed your ADC about its farm. After u got 14 days ban, you were warned that if you break rules again in the future , you will get permanently banned. And you did. And you got permanently banned. You tried to use technicalities against your teammates and it backfired.

Were you mildly toxic ? Yes. Would u get punished if you never had any punishments before? Probably not. But because of your history, you are done.

Did you have any previous punishments?

You should have just muted them and kept playing. You can never be punished for not arguing.

When you argue, you make the situation worse. If you mute, what are they gonna do? Don't put yourself on their level by threathening reports.

Also 4 man premades have no more power than a solo. A single report is all it takes, and multiple reports have no further effects. You aren't more likely to be banned because 9 people reported you as opposed to a single person reporting you.

that first game doesn't look too bad and you seem like the victim. However that second game.... jesus fuck am I glad you're banned not because of what you said but how you don't realise why thats wrong.
