So, I think ARAM should have it's own ban system. It can still have the "if you leave x games while in progress you get banned" but I think there should be a penalty for queue dodging. ARAM by it's nature is meant to give you a random team comp. It kind of spoils it when someone RR's 2x doesn't klike the champ and queue dodges then "immediately" can get back into game. Queue dodging ARAM should have a flat 1 hour penalty that makes you unable to queue for ARAM and ARAM only for an hour.

I believe the current penalty for dodging in ARAM is 15->30. Roughly the amount of time a match takes anyway on the 2nd+ dodges.

If they are dodging despite having to not play for the entire match time, a 1 hour dodge timer isn't going to change much. The only solution would be to address the reason they are dodging.
