do you get a message when you drop a punishment tier

okay, so I got banned for 2 weeks recently (I'm still banned) for flaming flamers, but that's not what this discussion is about (since I'm okay with the ban). This is about the fact that, if I somehow end up getting banned again, even a small ban of 1 tier, I lose my account. now I'm not planning on getting banned, but if I do after like a year of not getting banned, do I still lost my account? and if no, how long will this take, and do I get a notification for 'dropping a tier' if this even happens.

After 1 year, unlikely but possible

and if no, how long will this take,

No one knows, it's dependent on each account and the behaviour you show. From what i've heard though, it generally hovers around 3 months to drop a single tier.

The reason no one knows is that Riot keeps it secret. Trolls could just get to a 14 day, wait for their tier to drop, and then go troll again.

and do I get a notification for 'dropping a tier' if this even happens.

No, for the same reason that no one knows how long it takes.

This is such a troll post. OP is trying to know exactly what type of 'leeway' he has in order to prevent a permaban. This proves that toxic players like OP aren't interested in reforming, instead they want to know what type of 'cushion' or 'leeway' they have. SMH.

btw...'Flaming the Flamers' this makes you a flamer too but the very definition.

They don't do that because they are afraid this will happen:"
