Serious question about instant feedback message

Hi guys,

after the last game i got one of this wonderful messages which told me the system still exists. Someone told me this message only appears when someone gets a 14day-ban/permaban. As far as i know when someone gets one of this punishments they get their honors reset. So i looked which of those guys got banned but none of them has them reset.

pls explain me how it works, where is my mistake?

As far as I know it shows you the message for any of the punishments so that also includes chatbans. With that said maybe it hasn't properly updated so give it a couple of days and check again!

Sarutobi is correct, it simply means that they have been punished, not that they were banned.
