Votekick in champ select

In a lot of cases,things start to get ugly even before the game begins. Troll-picks on champ select lead many players-including myself-to just back off the game entirely and get banned for leaving. With my friends we take our turns and dont lock in case of troll-picks,so we can minimize the penalty each one of us gets. I prefer the punishment over a lost and frustrating game. Just now someone picked ziggs as supp,ziggs! His quote "i will help mid past 6".

So here is a suggestion: Votekick option in champ select. If a team decides that a players actions are unwanted,they can vote to kick him and return to the queue without punishment for them. In order for a player to get kicked,all other 4 must aggree.

Its ridiculous to receive punishment because others want to have everything their way...

Playing out-of-meta champions is not against the rules. Allowing a votekick option in champ select would, among other things, allow players to bully others into certain picks or punish unusual/unpopular picks, which isn't OK.

I can understand that,however ranked games are competitive,you play mainly for the victory and not the experience or the fun. If i want to try something new,like out-of-meta champs or just to have some fun,i play normal games. It isnt against the rules on one hand,but most champs have a specific role and cant perform well in others. In my example,sure everyone is allowed to pick ziggs supp,but that would end up with bot lane being torn apart. I dont want that,so i get punished... And most of these 'out-of-meta' supp picks are just dudes who are tired of w8ing in queue but are unwilling to pick a serious supp

I totally get why it's frustrating. I wouldn't want to play with a Ziggs support either. But at the same time, it's his pick, he can do whatever he wants with it as long as he's trying to win.

There's definitely a line there, where it's each player's choice to choose their champion and role, and it has to be up to that player and not their teammates. It's not an ideal situation but the alternative is making it easier for players to enforce their idea of the meta or bully players out of, or into, certain picks.
