Votekick in champ select

In a lot of cases,things start to get ugly even before the game begins. Troll-picks on champ select lead many players-including myself-to just back off the game entirely and get banned for leaving. With my friends we take our turns and dont lock in case of troll-picks,so we can minimize the penalty each one of us gets. I prefer the punishment over a lost and frustrating game. Just now someone picked ziggs as supp,ziggs! His quote "i will help mid past 6".

So here is a suggestion: Votekick option in champ select. If a team decides that a players actions are unwanted,they can vote to kick him and return to the queue without punishment for them. In order for a player to get kicked,all other 4 must aggree.

Its ridiculous to receive punishment because others want to have everything their way...
