So 2 days ago somebody logged on my account from another PC,i made a ticket to Riot and i said if that guy gets my account again ban him,today i got permanent ban on my account and i didn't even play.What should i do now?I don't know why i got permanent ban,i guess that guy flamed 2 games(he played 2 games) and i got permanent ban?Please help me.
Deep Terror Nami1 votesIf you didn't get a reform card in your client for the ban, it was done manually. If you informed Riot your account had been compromised then they very likely locked it. Submit another ticket and you can recover your account if that's the case.
DontKnow1 votesI did subbmit another account,as i said i didn't play on my account for 2 days,i didn't even get any email about the ban,already told to Riot Games that my account may have been hacked,i hope i'll be able to get it back or atleast know if it was my fault or not.
