I shouldnt be banned for raging after multiple games with troll/grievers/afkers/

and my fuse burns away because of the worst luck first off:

  • Promos, get 1 afk, and someone who intentionally griefs without typing a single word to their team

  • lose promos, try to climb -back in promos, me and two players get auto filled. lose game. Play next game, afk, lose game. -lose streak cause tilted, sit at 0 lp. Lose game, cause of afk

  • starting to lose my sanity and start to get toxic.

  • *fuck i dont want to get demoted, winning ranked game 26 kills to 3, our adc gets upset they died once and proceeded to intentionally feed with their duo bot lane, lose game.

  • get demoted.

I will start to rage after this shit happens. Riot I have the right to fucking rage at people inting/afk/and grieving in the game.

I dont care if its against ToS. Fix your fucking community by insta banning people who think its fun to grief other teammates.

Feeding is worse than raging Greiving is worse than raging Afking is worse than raging People who give up are worse than rages.

Now I got a 14 day ban. I'll treat it as a vacation from your fucking busted player match making.

First, before I address the actual issue here, I wanted to point out a little thing that you seem to have wrong.

back in promos, me and two players get auto filled.

According to this Riot Support page - you get Autofill Immunity when you're in your Promotional Series. So, there's no way you could've gotten Autofilled during your second Promo series.

Going back on topic, though - yes, you should be banned (or, rather, punished) for raging. It doesn't matter the circumstance, whether you have trolls, intentional feeders, or people flaming you to start with - you are expected to conduct yourself in a sportsmanlike manner.

Riot I have the right to fucking rage at people

No, you do not. The rules and ToU state that you have no right to flame or rage at anyone for any reason.

I dont care if its against ToS.

And Riot doesn't care that you seem to have no ability to self-moderate. Not only do you not seem to be able to compose yourself, but you seem to not be able to realize "okay, these matches have been pretty bumpy lately, maybe I should take a break instead of laying on more stress by going into a promo series after a tough re-climb."

Now I got a 14 day ban.

Very likely the break you needed. If you can't or won't learn from this, like Galizien said, you'll just wind up permabanned.

ToU

5.1. Can I troll, flame, threaten or harass people while using the Riot Services? (No. If you do, you might get banned.) While using the Riot Services, you must comply with all laws, rules and regulations in the jurisdiction in which you reside. You must also comply with certain additional rules that govern your use of the Riot Services (the “Code of Conduct”). The Code of Conduct is not meant to be exhaustive, and we reserve the right to modify it at any time, as well as take appropriate disciplinary measures including account termination and deletion to protect the integrity and spirit of the Riot Services, regardless of whether a specific behavior is listed in the policy as inappropriate. In addition to the Code of Conduct, please review the Summoner’s Code for additional guidance on exemplary gameplay behavior.

Just because they broke the rules you have no right to do the same.

People need to learn to take responsibility for their own actions

Well, good luck with your next new account I guess (or maybe we'll be lucky and you don't create a new one).

Why do you think you have the right to rage?

Let's go beyond League of Legends! You are not unique or special in having "the worst luck" because you meet assholes. We meet assholes every single day of our lives: (IRL) in the movie theater, in the supermarket, in school, in the playground, at work, in the middle of the team meeting, at a park, in a restaurant, in the middle of the highway going 80+ mph, etc. (online) in forum, in Reddit, in chatroom, in PUBG, in Dota 2, in Starcraft, in Wow, in any number of mobile games, etc.

None of us get to rage when meeting assholes in any of these areas be it real life or online without having some kind of consequences (some more serious than others) afterward. Why do you feel League of Legends should give you a free pass when other places won't?

Grow the fuck up!
