Ok fine, let me defend the system once again; Your personal performance has nothing to do with toxicity levels measured. You can be doing extremely well but that does not excuse toxic behavior..... while I personally would never report someone if I'm getting carried, other people would and it is 100% within the system's function to punish you if they report you accurately.
Your argument is terrible. The system is not wrong in this case.
