Can i get unbanned after getting permabanned?

Greetings Riot and fellow league players, today I saw that my account was officially permabanned. What happened was that a friend of me played on my account without me knowing of it (after having quit the game). I would just like to know if it is possible to get an unban or if it is out of the question. Extra details: Before my classmate started playing on my account i had no reports for my behaviour whatsoever (maybe 1 or 2 idk), so you can clearly see that there's a sudden change of behaviour in the games that follow.

This is just a question not an apply for a perma ban... But if it is possible to get unbanned I would like to know the procedures. Thank you, 2Apples1Banana (I know, the name is not really convincing :p)
