Account sharing is generally an offense that is not forgivable. Aside from that, you become responsible for any flaming he did when you permitted him to access your account. You're free to make a new account and play, but it is virtually impossible that the account your friend was banned on is unbanned.
Nope you broke the rules and therefore got punished both in terms of the flame but more importantly letting someone else use your account. Time to make a new one if you want to play League.
That's like the first page of RIOTS terms of use, which by giving your account out you broke. Then on your account, your friend started to verbal abuse. You prob won't get back your account after the terms of use.
