My account has been permabanned, email has changed and I didn't change it

Well hello my dudes, I've been playing this game for around 5 years now and I have never been chat restricted, or even banned for anything. The most I've been notified I have helped in banning someone. So I went to log into my account about a week ago getting excited to play more ranked since I just got out of bronze and my account has been banned, let me remind you the last two games one was an Aram so I was a little confused. So I went to check my email and there's nothing there, so I log into my account on leagues website and check my account setting to see what email I was using( I have two that I use) and it was one I've never seen before just a bunch of numbers ending with @163 so I am very confused on how this happend and if my account has been hacked. I sent in a ticket to change my email but I guess I cant remember any of the very first things I've bought lol please help me out I'd really appreciate it.
