No way to defend yourself from a ban

Me and my roommate both received a 14 day ban this season. Mine was for being toxic and his was for mmr boosting. Lets start with me, my account was hacked and someone went on to say offensive things which got me ban. I could prove that i wasnt even in the state at the time of the ban. I know they can see the ip address from where the guy was. I can prove i wasnt playing but all they tell me is oh nope our system shows it was you. HOW can it show it was me you cant see who is actually playing. Its bs that you arent given any chance to defend yourself because as soon as your ban thats it you get no say you get no voice you get nothing because they just click the ban for your account and on to the next one. They dont care at all about you. Someone that has been playing for well over 5 years just random wants to start being toxic doesnt make sense. this was also the first time anything has happened to my account in all those years of playing. Next my buddy received a 14 day ban for mmr boosting. They stated he was banned because he was playing too well. To me that seems like a good thing because it shows he is improving. Again they banned him and gave him no chance to defend himself. I know for a fact he wasnt getting boosted because he plays right next to me. I always have almost all our games on stream. its total bs that neither one of us can do anything at all. Riot thinks they are always right but in reality their system is broken and targeting good people. I have a friend who sole purpose is to be as toxic as possible and three years later on this account he still isnt banned. So tell me why people who have played this game for years with no problems get a pretty harsh punishment for things they didnt even commit.
