Are Custom Skins still Allowed? or was it changed?
there is a basiclly new way to use custom skins, so i was wondering if it is still allowed to use it, basiclly its still with wooxy.

Whats the new way to do so? Its still a grey area but I haven't heard of people getting banned from it. As long as it doesn't give you some unfair advantage Riot doesn't tend to care.
Don’t know but I wouldn’t risk it. Anything that adds/deletes/changes files is probably in violation of Terms of Service somewhere.
It's under "use at your own risk" territory. Meaning they currently aren't banning you for it, but can choose to do so anytime.
Around March this year I installed Wooxy and my Windows Defender was pointing it has trojan virus, so i said "Im not risking it" and uninstalled it. Now i tried again to check and its all the same ( still says it has trojan) and I'm really afraid of whether or not to use it.
