I received a permanent ban for competitive bs even tho it states that in the game in a tip that you don't ban for that but you ban for racism and I wasn't racist or anything even remotely close to that so how in the hell did I get a perms ban off of something that's not ban worthy especially when you guys made it a tip in game that competitive bs is okay!!!!!!!!!! I just want the account back..

And no, bans are not just for hate speech. General toxicity will eventually get you banned if you do not change your behavior. You were warned in your 14 day ban that it was your last warning, and as such you will not be getting your account back.

I find it hard to believe that you received no prior form of chat punishment if this ban was actually caused by toxicity.
