Chat restriction detector broken in lower elos

I'm Silver 2, on EUNE This is the 2nd time I got chat restricted this week

I'll admit first time I was toxic, I said a lot of "mean" things and such, but the second time I said nothing The thing is that in silver and bronze people report for everything and having a previous ban I was probably treated as a big toxic player ( which I kinda am )

So yeah I got another ban and now I'm scared that my account may permanently get banned... As riot puts it "Competitive BS-ing is fine, hate speech ? not much" and the only thing I said is " lee you played bad " and " panth don't go full AD you will be useless in late game"

Did I really deserve the ban ?
