That sort of punishment is handled by LeaverBuster, and no one here can help you, as it's an automated non-behavioral punishment applied when the system finds you leaving games or failing to connect, rather than some behavioral issue we can help you understand.
Riot is also unlikely to assist here, since you typically need a history of AFKing to trigger a LeaverBuster penalty in the first place.
I'd really just wait it out.
That's called leaverbuster. Normally it's a 5 minute wait for the first few offenses (afking and leaving a game triggers it). Usually 20 minute wait times over 5 games means you have a habit of quitting games for various reasons. Whether or not this last game was a crash or not, it's not as severe as the ifs punishments and simply waiting out the times and finishing games is enough to get back in good standing.
It's hard to believe that you don't have a history of leaving games in some way or another of you have five 29 minute wait times.
If you generally think it's a mistake because you really haven't been leaving games contact support but you'll most likely just have to wait the time out, good luck either way.
