5 Year Player Perma Banned Nothing from Riot OCE

First off not sure OCE players can be helped from the NA side as with a quick scroll seem's to be all NA players , But here goes my story

Last night i went to jump on league , Logged in and was instantly kicked out and perma banned received a email that didnt state much , ( see picture below) I have never done anything to warrant a perma ban and with no communication from anyone i don't even know what i've been banned for ? I did some looking at the rules and seems the ways to get perma banned are

  • Toxic
  • Elo boosting
  • Back charges
  • Security

I have not done any of the first 3 . Never been chat banned or anything like that so i assume it must be a security issue but then why is it taking so long for a response? You would think for an issue concerning the security of my account the handling of the situation would be fast and efficient but so far has been neither just a little p***ed off atm to be honest and any help would be greatly appreciated

Yup, your account security is compromised (Year 2100 = account security compromised). I suggest you contact the Riot Player Support here: https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us

I have left a ticket on my side still no reply , Which is why i had that little rant @ the end because you would think that they would want to resolve this quickly ? If you dont mind could you explain security compromised? Does that mean someone is trying to get into my account or something?

Sadly I am not an insider and have no idea what it means. Maybe your account got logged onto from an IP that's really far away from yours, or maybe someone is selling your account as hacked on an account trading site, or maybe it's your e-mail. It could be a lot of things, and as for Riot not responding to your ticket, well, the support team has a LOT to do and it can take quite some time before they get back to you. My personal record was waiting 23 days, but that was some time ago and they have gotten a lot better lately. Just be patient and don't bump your ticket as that will make it go down the latter, they will definitely reply sooner or later. By the way, 23 days is only my Riot Support record. My real record was with the simfy support which took over half a year to reply to my ticket!

23 DAYS ARE YOU SERIOUS!!? That is rough you think they would at least try have a decent turn around on their tickets

Just make a smurf during that time, I had gotten this account to Level 30 without boosts AND ready to play ranked with 16 champs, some 4800. in the matter of around 3 weeks.

Yeah, especially since they cut XP to 30 by half back in Season 5 or 6

back charge can lead you to get banned? o.o what if someone bought something accidentally ? o.o riot doesn't lose anything anyway, it's virtual items

If gets you banned until resolved, yes. A charge back for virtual goods is still illegal if you retain access to those goods, so Riot will have to figure out the situation.

Doesn't work that way, no. Both because then you get into situations where you have to figure out what the time cut-off is to allow that and the worse situation where players just buy things they want, use them for a day, charge them back, and play League with a "premium" account for free every day.
