5 Year Player Perma Banned Nothing from Riot OCE

First off not sure OCE players can be helped from the NA side as with a quick scroll seem's to be all NA players , But here goes my story

Last night i went to jump on league , Logged in and was instantly kicked out and perma banned received a email that didnt state much , ( see picture below) I have never done anything to warrant a perma ban and with no communication from anyone i don't even know what i've been banned for ? I did some looking at the rules and seems the ways to get perma banned are

• Toxic
• Elo boosting
• Back charges
• Security

I have not done any of the first 3 . Never been chat banned or anything like that so i assume it must be a security issue but then why is it taking so long for a response? You would think for an issue concerning the security of my account the handling of the situation would be fast and efficient but so far has been neither just a little p***ed off atm to be honest and any help would be greatly appreciated
