got ban from new draft pick

i just received a ban for leaving q when i was forced to. i was 2nd pick. and for some reason everyone left the room. i didn't dc, for i was in a private chat. but, the ban counter counted down, (im not banning) and the clock hits 0 for 2 mins ...... -_- so i closed the client; sign back in now i have to wait 10 mins.... i don't belive this is fair to me. thought i'd let u guys know. thank you. love the new system btw
