People should receive chat restrict for jg harass

Whether you believe it is the junglers fault that you lost lane 1v1 or not, it is never ok to harass your jg saying stuff like "better jg wins", "jg suck", "jg afk farm", "troll jg". If your jungler is trying to win you have no reason to complain about them whatsoever. Take responsibility when you get solo killed 6 times. And it's time for riot to start punishing people who behave like this just because its convenient to their ego to shift blame.
