It's easier to detect verbal toxicity, and that's why most people get punished for being dicks in chat. Afkers and inters are way harder to recognize.

No, it's like taking advice from a cripple about house prices. My rank has nothing to do with knowledge of civilised behaviour (or basic grammar, which you also lack). The Korea argument is a tired one that is correlation, not causation. There are 2 oce players in LCS and one in LEC right now so maybe you should educate yourself before chucking out outdated arguments?

You act as if you never int. Shall we talk about your 1/10/5 Mord game or your 1/9/3 Jhin game before that one? Were those games your teams fault too? Did you flame in chat that game and type "Jungle diff."? Flaming does affect people whether it's IRL or in game. People make mistakes and in the current season, that's enough to end the game in the lower elos.
