So i am still honor level 2 after playing more than 100 games

I've been playing this game during the summer and on the weekdays. Yet I cannot reach honor level 3 or above. My brother played for 2 weeks and got a higher honor level than me. I honestly think it is a glitch. I wrote about this topic cause I want to play on the PBE servers with my friends. Otherwise than that they need to fix the honor system. I hope one of you Riot employees see this discussion or anyone that can help, Thank you in advance
