Can you report a club? Can you report someone without actually playing a game with that person?

I recently had the misfortune of being in Draft Pick with a group that was making racist comments, not the kind of people that I wanted to play with. Someone else dodged during champion selections, but I would not have wanted to play a game with these folks.

When I posted my concerns here, Riot delete my post, saying that the in-game reporting system is a more appropriate place for such things. Unfortunately, I can't figure out how to report an individual unless I have just been in a game with that person. How do I do this? Also, is it possible to report an entire club?

If you want to report an offensive club name/tag, use the Offensive Summoner Name report option in the post-game lobby. Just annotate what it was in the description.

If you absolutely must report a severe offense, you can submit a Support Ticket using the category I have a question > Game & Features > General Questions. However, please stick to using the post-game reporting as much as possible. If you forgot to report something, it's likely someone else reported it, and it only takes 1 report to flag that match for review. Riot will not usually waste their time investigating ticket reports that could've been submitted through the Instant Feedback System.

Ok multiple choices here

Q1: do you have a picture of the accident: YES: go to

  1. go to support.riotgames.com
  2. at the middle on the top, click submit a request.
  3. select option account management.
  4. include the picture and explain the situation. NO: Go to Q2 Q2: Do you have a recording of the champ select? YES: printscreen the place where you caught them flaming and continue with Q1 again. NO: Sorry if you have no recorded evidence, you pretty much have no chance, if you still remember the names you can try the method described in Q1, but I don't think that works.

I hope this works.

You don't need screenshots or recordings. They help, but Riot has access to lobby chat, so as long as you give them enough information to find the lobby and the people involved, they can check who said what.
