There are too many trolls that afk after you push their lane on a good gank. I play to win not just bounce around 
hasn't your mom ever told you to push and back after you kill your laner in the early game gha [zombie-brand-facepalm] seriously tho for me this is getting to be an issue whether i keep playing or im done with this game.
Yeah, it's your elo. That's where new people get placed, and they usually don't understand lane mechanics.
Depending on the exact health of the lane and it's specific positioning at the time, pushing can either be a good idea (tower will kill the enemy before they return) or a bad one (tower will NOT kill the entire wave in time, or will do so but put your ally more extended than their character is comfortable with. It also matters whether or not the opponent has Teleport up.
In short, yes -- it can be frustrating if your ally is always complaining about it, but there ARE situations in which you may not want to push in that hard.
I think it depends on the situation, if you get a kill 100% you should shove the lane in. If you don't get a kill then almost 100% you should not push the lane. By freezing after a gank without a kill, you can deny much more CS and XP than if you were to shove in and let the enemy laner farm safely under their turret.

killing the laner would let us be able to pressure towers faster, pushing the lane would be better to deny xp/cs from the enemy and ultimately get the laner a lead after returning to lane right?
I have been playing Warwick Jungle alot. And I seem to get alot of people who will: -recieve an effective gank that clears the path towards tower. -I gank and kill the enemy,and even leash minions down to last hit so the LANER can get the minions and easily clear the path towards tower.
What do I get? -laner stands still and idles, occationally pokes the nearest minions and will not move forward (they arent afk because they sometimes use an ability) -Laner will Idle and then RECALL TO BASE immediately after the enemy dies, effectively wasting my gank and allowing the enemy time to return and resume farming. -Laner returns to lane and resumes waiting for a kill, If I leave the lane, they immediately ping for assistance and ping the enemy.
Had a mid laner who wanted me to play his lane for him. then threatened to report me for "Afk" after I refused to gank his lane on demand (Not that i was afk. But after I refused to gank Twisted fate mid on demand "TF: I'm Reporting you" "Warwick (me): For what?" "TF: For Afk" ) Again, it wasnt because I was afk, but it was more a punitive report because I told him that I wasnt there to play his lane for him, and I had other lanes to assist.
