Wrongfully banned for MMR boosting

So from August till the end of the season I grinded from Silver 3 to Plat 5. I haven't played in over 2 weeks and just the other day I was banned for alleged MMR boosting. I have never boosted, I played my account from level 1, no one has ever played a ranked game on my account that I am aware of. Also I doubt that anyone logged onto my account to play without me knowing as I look at my recent games very often and I think I would have realized. The two week suspension is meaningless since I'm not playing right now, but I really looked forward to having the plat border after putting all that work in to get to plat by the end of the season. Riot support just says "The evidence is conclusive consider the matter closed." Hopefully a Rioter can give me some clarity since the customer support rep I've been dealing with is so terrible.

I'm not saying that you're lying, necessarily, but 94% winrate on Annie does seem a little suspicious. Especially since you very rarely play mages.

This is the first season of you playing Annie since back in season 4, however you put out these stats.

You improved too fast rito thinks you got boosted. From an objective stand-point it might look like you did if you went from silver 3 to plat 5 in a few amount of games.

Ya, from 10/16 onward you started playing annie and winning alot even though you hadn't player her at all in the past couple months. But gonna give you benefit of the doubt since no one else here ever does. If you played from a different IP address ie you played from a different location or at a friend's house or something then you can try to ask about that and try to prove you didn't log in from another location just to be boosted and played at your same IP address then they are more likely to believe you.

Also that message from support saying "we consider this matter closed" in some cases are some sort of bot or low level of employee. If you resubmit a ticket it usually gets escalated to a new employee/a higher lvl one. Try sending another ticket and ask if they have evidence that your account logged in somewhere other than its usual IP address then if you did try to provide reason. Usually when they look for IP boosting they look for a couple things random quick spikes in win-rate and change in what champions are being played as well as a change in runes\masteries. You might also try to prove you are the one playing on the account when you are un-banned after the two weeks by making a video and sending it to them as well as providing the IPs of where you logged in from if possible since when someone is being boosted their IP/Mac address changes to another location right before they start winning a crap ton. I think they also look at the patterns so if you learned anything new from youtube videos about csing or attack moving I would include the exact videos you learned them from, but usually no one can change instantly to improve some mechanics.

Best of luck to you in pleading your case.
