MY OWN FRIEND stole my account and he tried to ban me by inting....If u dont belive me check my internet IP and u will see the difference...i normaly play in my house with my own internet but he played in his house at his own pc...I never plkay ranked couse i am scared of dropping divission so u can see it wasnt me...Thanks For The Respond!
Go to the support site and make a ticket, don't post it on the forms. A ticket will make sure it gets seen.

If you feel like your account was compromised, then you can submit a ticket to https://support.riotgames.com
Keep in mind that your account security is your responsibility and if you gave out your account info, then they can't revert the punishment.
Also, they can see if the games were really played by your friend by checking the camera movements, click speed, click locations etc etc. If you were playing at your friend's place and were toxic / inting, they would be able to tell that was you, meaning lying to them is pointless. If you were the one playing at your friend's then I'd suggest you save everyone some time and just take responsibility for your punishment.

Riot has a rule of not sharing account information, for this specific reason. Besides they may not even believe you. Every day I see at least one 'my account got ban but it wasn't me being toxic'.
