Unfair Ban?

I am a dedicated league of legends player who does get tilted sometimes. Got banned for 14 days for saying things I shouldnt. Heres the background (Ive only been playing for 2-3 months) I was top with Diana. Jungler was Draven. Hes got a leash from mid and says he wanted top to leash. I was already vsing someone who will give me a lot of harass in my lane so i said mid will leash for you. He insisted on me and started trolling from then on, saying he wont gank top ever. He stole some peoples kills and continued harassing me for not ganking and being "useless." From then on, I started getting tilted, and I will admit I didnt say the nicest of things but he was pretty much trolling and ruining the entire game for me. Some things I said was "Useless Jungler" "I'm pretty much inting cuz I dont get ganks" "Hes still crying that he didnt get a leash" After that, he went afk which is fine since that way I wouldnt be as salty, BUT HE KEPT TALKING! Yasuo (bot) also agreed that Draven was useless and that Draven didnt gank ANY lanes unless he sees a chance to kill steal.

Heres some things I wanna know, and im fine with the 14 day ban.

1. Was it a unfair ban since someone else caused the game to be ruined?
2. Would he be banned for not playing his role right and trolling the whole team.
