ranked rewards unjustly lost after undeserved and unjustified severe punishment

Hello there. I was wrongly banned by your system at the beginning of October last year, which caused my ranked rewards and my honor level to be removed. Taking into account that that was my first deviation ever in the summoner s rift, i can t see the reason why i received a lvl 3 penalty, 2 week ban, when it is obviously clear that i should have gotten a lvl 1 or , maximum, a lvl 2 punishment, a chat restrict. Your system did a an obvious abuse, u trolled my last year s work, i played and finally reached gold in the last night before reset, 6 to 7 November to finally see that, to my surprise, i did not receive any of the ranked rewards. It is ok, i lost my honor level, but why in the hell do you have to take away the ranked rewards as well? I flamed a bit at my team mates, they were really bad and did not even try to recover and to play defensively, as a team, they kept dying solo in the enemy jungle, and i was the one being punished. I did not use any exaggerated words or racial injuries towards them. I don t see the logic in it, being right and still getting punished like this, after reports from a premade group of players, this is a clear lack if balance to your punishment system. I want you to correctly apply the rules and to restore my ranked rewards from last season. On the other hand, it is so funny that i got that penalty with no warnings before, to adjust my attitude, against, you have abused of my time, my money and my implication in your game, you have denied me the right to benefit from my lost hours of playing this game. I had a friend in the same situation, but he was notified one game before he got banned, to correct his attitude on the Rift. I am looking forward to a positive feedback from you. Cya!

Can we see what caused that first punishment ? It must have been extreme toxicity to skip the chat restriction. As it is you're claiming that it was unfair, undeserved and so on, if it's really the case then you should be able to prove it.

I think the real bullshit is that if you're punished after a certain date you lose your rewards REGARDLESS, but if punished before the date you're still elligible. Implement it so that being punished = loss of ranked rewards. Half assing it so players can spend 3/4 of the season being punished before they decide to stop flaming seems dumb to me.

It was nothing like extreme toxicity, but it doesn't seem fair at all to be reported by a bunch of premades, that did not care at all about the game, trolled and flamed and to get punished like this, i just make a stand telling them what to do, i say it again, I received no warnings before, so i can change my attitude. This is weak point in riot punishment system, i played like a retarded believer all the night between 6 an 7 November, i reached gold is the last moments, an then i see myself with no rewards. This RIOT does not care about the issues given by their system, it is just you have to be able to contest your penalty, and someone to really look at the whole aspects, and not just keep repeating you this rules bullshit, i understand, i ve broken it, but it is way out of control, to issue a lvl 3 punishment with no warnings before, so i could have been able to avoid the punishment, and secondly, i should have received only lvl 1 or 2 level punishment, and in no case 3rd level. I hope a GM will finally answer this damn topic.[sg-ezreal]

The reason is to encourage players to always be honorable to each other. If you made an infraction that was so heinous to deserve a 2 week ban, then you should address the issue as to why you got the 2 week ban and post your chat logs.

Just because you don't spew hate speech doesn't mean you didn't flame and harass your teammates to such an extreme to warrant a 2 week ban. You don't need to use hate speech to get a 2 week ban. Many 2 week bans that people come to the forums and post about don't even have hate speech. Some people believe that hate speech is the only way to get a 2 week ban but they're wrong. Hate speech is a way to accelerate your punishment to a 2 week ban, not the only way to get a 2 week ban.

Tantram or player support can address this. We don't have access to your disciplinary file so we don't know if you've had chat restrictions or temp bans in the past. Just saying that many people on the forums claim to have clean slates and then Tantram comes by and summoner 11 with corrective information and then people complain that it's a breach of privacy to tell the forums the truth about their punishment history... but just remember, you've opened yourself up for a if you are not telling the whole truth about your prior punishment history.

What you believe you have rights to is actually just your sense of entitlement. You don't actually have rights to anything you have claimed. This game is free to play and you are licencing out skins. You have no right to access any of Riot's intellectual property if you violate their terms of service.
