If you had a 14 day ban before you left, this certainly would get you a permanent ban. Your punishment tier does not fall down simply with time, you must actively play and show reform to drop down a punishment tier.

Out of curiosity -- did you have a 14-day ban shortly before you stopped playing for a year? This log triggering an immediate permanent ban seems weird to me. It's DEFINITELY punishable, but the escalation seems unusual.
