Can someone explain to me how if I post something about a player who is repeatedly intentionally throwing games, and paste him even saying he is, and him bragging about riot not going to do shit. We all report him, and nothing happens... and I get told I cant name shame... WHY THE HELL CANT I NAME SHAME SOMEONE THATS INTENTIONALLY THROWING GAMES.. Someone explain how that's wrong??

Because it promotes witch hunting. Riot doesn't want reports to become a public affair and have any of them lead to ganging up on the person or people sending them threats through the client.

The cleanest way is to report in game or through a support ticket privately.
