Wrongfully perm banned. Look at this chat log. Riot is absolutely ridiculous.

I am so sick and tired of Riot with their garbage bans. The other team was harassing me and my friends. I stuck up for them and literally the entire team was cussing us out. I did not say one wrong thing in this. "rip" and "ggez" is literally said by everyone in league. They were calling me a pussy, bad, etc, and none of them got banned. I would literally just repeat what they say but kind of reword it. For example, they would say "run pussy" and I would say "run more" and "worst vlad na" and I said "best zed na". I am so pissed off with Riot's banning system. I understand that I have been punished in the past, but that does not mean I deserve a perm ban because of this. Me and my two other friends reported them and none of them got punished. I did not deserve to get perm banned whatsoever. Please upvote this so a Riot employee can see this garbage. Thanks.

So you got reported for spamming, being a dick back, taunting, taunting with reports. In addition to whatever other logs were given to you as a part of this ban and the previous punishments.

Here's the thing about the punishment system, it doesn't matter what anyone else says. It only matters what you say. Doesn't matter if you were defending yourself, doesn't matter if you were giving back, it simply does not matter.

The second you "defend yourself" using insults and calling for reports, you open yourself up to punishment.

Also, it doesn't matter if this is worth a permaban by itself. It only matters if it's worth a punishment and it was decided that it was. The next punishment in the line of escalating punishment was a permaban and so you got it.

I'm afraid you do indeed deserve to be punished for these comments. Just saying you're going to report someone is punishable all by itself, even without all the additional comments you made, because there's never any positive reason to say that. Bringing up reports in-game will almost always lead to additional conflict; just stay silent and report them after the game, and they'll get what's coming to 'em (eventually). Similarly, there is never a good reason to say "GGEZ". It's rude and unnecessary, regardless of how easy the game may have been. If you're just saying it as your customary end-game comment regardless of how the game went, change your habit and drop the "EZ" to make it more sportsmanlike.

Context is completely irrelevant; you are responsible for your own actions, regardless of what may have provoked said actions. The instant you react to toxic behavior by stooping down to their level, you validate their reports against you. What they said does not matter when it comes to deciding if your behavior is punishable.

People love to throw out the "toxic" label for just about anything now.

You are obviously unpleasant and annoying to play with, but so are quite a lot of other people. The lesson Riot wants you to learn is that it's only ok to be unpleasant and annoying if you're in a group of people.

I am sorry this got your account banned. While you could certainly learn a lesson on manners and respect, that particular example really isn't bad, especially given the lack of context. That said I'm sure you've had plenty of previous warnings and bans, so really it was on you to continue to engage in even remotely questionable behavior, knowing what the next step would be
