Those are chat logs. Everything "toxic" that i said was in response to extremely toxic players. which i muted eventually in both games. And I'm PERMA banned??? I just spent 100$ on skins less than 2 days ago and I'm PERMA BANNED for these minor offenses? Even though I wasnt even in the wrong, for the most part? This has to be reversed, or changed to a 14 day ban or something, please...I dont understand why this justifies a perma ban. And as I said, this is devastating because i just spent 110$ on skins. Please riot, pull through for me for once.

You seem incredibly unpleasant to play with. You basically spend the entire game arguing with anybody who interacts with you in any way. And, since none of this was severe enough to get insta-banned over, you've clearly established a pattern of this behavior through multiple punishment tiers to get to this point.

Other players being toxic doesn't give you a free pass to be toxic as well, and I'd be willing to bet this was a long time coming. Permabans don't happen suddenly, you've probably had a long history of offenses over time, and previous shorter bans in the not-so-distant past.

Just charge back they money you've spent. I got permed for the same thing, responsive toxicity, spent nearly 500$ on my main, but it was past the 90 day mark for paypal chargebacks.

I think your also forgetting all the previous warnings.....

10 game chat restriction 25 game chat restriction 14 day Ban

that came before this last punishment.

By reaching a permanent ban you have shown that you refuse to reform.

This would not have escalated your account straight to a permanent ban. However it is definitely negative enough to warrant a punishment and your next tier of punishment was obviously a permanent ban. I would tell you that it was deserved but I think you already know this.

Yeah, it astonishes me that the first comments were "lol u toxic m8 get rekt" when these chat logs are obviously not deserving of a ban; they are slightly negative at worst.

The only reason they should come into play is if you've had a ton of prior punishments this season. Otherwise, any reasonable person can conclude that this is far from exceedingly toxic.
