Those are chat logs. Everything "toxic" that i said was in response to extremely toxic players. which i muted eventually in both games. And I'm PERMA banned??? I just spent 100$ on skins less than 2 days ago and I'm PERMA BANNED for these minor offenses? Even though I wasnt even in the wrong, for the most part? This has to be reversed, or changed to a 14 day ban or something, please...I dont understand why this justifies a perma ban. And as I said, this is devastating because i just spent 110$ on skins. Please riot, pull through for me for once.

Other players being toxic doesn't give you a free pass to be toxic as well, and I'd be willing to bet this was a long time coming. Permabans don't happen suddenly, you've probably had a long history of offenses over time, and previous shorter bans in the not-so-distant past.

You seem incredibly unpleasant to play with. You basically spend the entire game arguing with anybody who interacts with you in any way. And, since none of this was severe enough to get insta-banned over, you've clearly established a pattern of this behavior through multiple punishment tiers to get to this point.

I've been punished twice. And no, actually, I've made many friends on league, its the simple fact that I clash with toxic players, and I don't use the mute function enough admittedly. But I fail to see how you can so harshly judge me based 0n these chat logs, bud.

If you have had no previous punishments, I kinda agree those logs are a bit harsh and I would open a support ticket.

But if you've been punished before, you're not judged harshly based on these chatlogs, you're judged harshly based on all the chances you've had, and how you kept going on with behaviour that Riot continously showed to you to not be allowed.

Why does everyone keep saying I've had a lot of chances? I had one chance. I was banned once for 14 days several months ago, and then I was permad. That's 1 chance.

Fair enough, if you really had no chat restrictions, then that 14-day ban was due to more extreme toxicity, either in amounts or intensity. Either way, if I'm not mistaken there should be something in the mail (or the client when you log in, I don't remember which) that mentions this being your last chance.

The thing is, the reasons why some people get an instant 14-day ban can equally be applied to a reduction of possible chances to reform.

I was not notified of it being my last chance, I checked my email and the logs from my 14 day. Even if I was, why was this minor offense enough to be my last chance? Ill tell you why. The report system is based on how many people report you, not on the offense. Everyone keeps saying things like "you've done it before you deserve it" and how I was banned for this and that. The ban system doesn't work like that. Its automated. The moment those 3 trolls said they were reporting me, in unison, while Being toxic to me, I was banned. There was no review if the situation. Same thing that happened last time. I find that extremely unfair. They were doing everything I was punished for, and more, and I get banned?

Blatant lies. If you read the notice that came with your 14 day suspension, it says in no uncertain terms that failure to improve your behavior will result in the permanent closure of your account.

The report system is based on how many people report you, not on the offense.

It doesn't matter how many reports you get in a single game. What matters is how many games you are VALIDLY reported in. The automated system is capable of separating legitimate reports from illegitimate ones. The invalid reports are thrown out, and the invalid reporter's future reports are given a lower weight in the system should the trend of false reports continue. Group reports do no more than one report, and the system is designed this way to prevent premades from holding solo players hostage.

In these chat logs you were threatening people with bans and asking others to report people. That is irrelevant in regards to your punishment. If you reported them, then they would go through the same system that you did. It doesn't mean that they'd be punished for this specific game at this specific time, but it would contribute to their future behavioral reviews and possible punishments.

You are doing exactly what I did. I couldn't stop myself from responding to the other players, so I was banned. And the reason I'm so hesitant to "discuss" with you is because of the sheer amount of text you type. I type a lot because I want to make sure I explain my point properly. You shouldn't be intimidated by how much text is there. Just quote the parts you take issue with and respond to those parts. No need to comment on the entire thing.

Also, of course I think I'm right. Why would I tell you something I think is wrong? Part of a discussion is presenting your own points which are counter to mine so that I can consider those and possibly put out my own counter points. That's how discussions work.

I'm honestly not trying to troll you here. I simply want you to expand on your points. Maybe I'll agree with you, and maybe I won't. It depends on what kinds of proof you have against my points. Just because someone is toxic does not mean you are supposed to be toxic back. "An eye for an eye leaves the whole world blind."

If we could do all the bad things to the people who do bad things to us, this world would be a terrible place and we would all be terrible people. it's like if you got into a car accident and lost your arm because the other driver was being an idiot. Then you go the hospital room the idiot was staying at and cut his arm off. The guy is gonna get punished anyway, no reason to get yourself in trouble in the process. It would only encourage bad behavior if this was allowed.

And if you don't think someone got banned for their behavior, put in a support ticket. I have gotten a lot more "Report Feedbacks" because of that, but I only ever did this in the severest of cases. Tbh though, like 70-80% of the time i report someone I get a "Report Feedback" and I don't expect to get it all the time because I understand how it can take quite a few games to get someone banned, and perhaps the person I reported was just having a bad day and is usually an awesome person. In which case, I don't expect to get a "Report Feedback" at all.

TL;DR Toxic people get banned. It does not matter why you are toxic, just that you are toxic.

Just charge back they money you've spent. I got permed for the same thing, responsive toxicity, spent nearly 500$ on my main, but it was past the 90 day mark for paypal chargebacks.

Sadly i didnt use paypal for this purchase. It was less than 2 days ago though, and through a visa. Any advice on refunding that? I'll call my credit card company if i have to. this is rediculous.

Yes, call them and explain that it was a virtual goods purchase, and that after receiving the items, they denied your service immediately afterwards. Your company SHOULD have the ability to have buyer protection, depending who you go through.

Thank you, i'll try that first thing tomorrow, thanks for the help :). I'm still really sad that i've been banned, because as i said, i finally started having fun with the game, and had so much to look forward to, etc etc. And now, if my account remains banned, i'll probably never play it again, let alone have fun on it. :(

Yeah, it astonishes me that the first comments were "lol u toxic m8 get rekt" when these chat logs are obviously not deserving of a ban; they are slightly negative at worst.

The only reason they should come into play is if you've had a ton of prior punishments this season. Otherwise, any reasonable person can conclude that this is far from exceedingly toxic.

Okay, that does change things slightly. If you were punished by a ban earlier this season, it takes 3 months to drop a punishment tier, and you really should have been more careful. Since we don't know what caused those other punishments, you might have been excessively negative in other games, and this was the straw that broke the camel's back, so to speak.

If you had been audited and were permabanned without any history, it would be unfair. But it seems as though it may have been an ongoing problem.

10 game chat restriction 25 game chat restriction 14 day Ban

that came before this last punishment.

By reaching a permanent ban you have shown that you refuse to reform.

This would not have escalated your account straight to a permanent ban. However it is definitely negative enough to warrant a punishment and your next tier of punishment was obviously a permanent ban. I would tell you that it was deserved but I think you already know this.

Being banned the 14 days was my 1 chance, and the second ban was perms, so how is that a chance exactly? Please use your head before accusing people of lying.

Every time you had been punished before was a chance. The chat bans, 14 day suspension, etc. the reason this punishment was a ban was because this account never reformed. It takes more than just time to drop punishment tiers. You cannot have any valid reports levied against you during that time.

I got one 14 day ban then a perma. So, AGAIN, i got one chance. Please read. And also, i had MANY people honor me inbetween the two bans, which is riot's way of judging if an account has been reformed. Regardless of any of this, i was given ONE chance, and perma'd for something extremely minor.

Then if that's the case, your previous behavior (earning you the 14 day ban) was so severe that it escalated your punishment tiers. Basically, you had one severe warning...that you did not heed.
