You say that you were unjustly punished, but you're just proving that Riot was right to ban you by acting how you are here and in your chat logs.
Your time is yours to spend, but you're not going to make any sort of real progress on any of your accounts with your current mindset. You're not going to have any sort of cosmetic skins, you're not going to keep any rank on any account that gets banned, you'll need to constantly re-unlock champions and runes each time you start from scratch again.
I have one account. And because I only have one account and treat others with basic civility I've managed to unlock all the runes and rune pages that I would ever need. I've unlocked every champion with IP. I've received several skins through the chest system. And all of that I keep. I don't fear any sort of reset to zero.
You're not causing any sort of major inconvenience to Riot acting the way you are, most of their punishment system is automated and you're one person out of millions that play. You're just inconveniencing yourself and random individuals who have nothing to do with Riot.
